Waiting List, Off Days, and Eligibility
Our child care and educational programs cater to your child’s unique needs, interests, and skills, making our programs very popular. For this reason, we often have a waiting list for various programs. The waiting list is based on the date the application and fee were received. A $25 charge is applied to add your child’s name to the wait list, and is applied each new year. As spots open throughout the year, your child will be added to the program you’ve signed up for.
While we offer programs throughout the year, including during summer vacation, we are closed on certain days. We do not hold preschool, VPK, before and after school, or summer camp programs on the following holidays:
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Black Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
To attend our programs, you must fill out certain forms to verify your child’s immunizations and other qualifications. The following forms must be completed and returned no later than your child’s first day of school:
- Immunization Record
- Audio/Visual Waiver
- Walking Field Trip Waiver
- Contract
- Child Information Record (Two Copies)
- Health Appraisal/Physical Form Signed by Physician
- Background Information Form
- Two Passport-Type Photographs
- Signature Pages from Parent Handbook
